The contractor plans to finish up the storm sewer laterals throughout the next two days. Once the storm sewer near the railroad tracks has been installed, the contractor will begin working on the water main which they are estimating to finish in the middle of next week. Storm sewer and the underdrain will be the last utilities in Phase 4 to be installed.
The contractor plans on having Phase 4 open to traffic in the Middle of June. Once they open Phase 4 to traffic, the contractor will begin working in Phase 6.
