I hope everyone had a good Labor Day Weekend! Construction is underway once again in Phase 6. The contractor plans to start concrete surfacing tomorrow beginning with curb and gutter which will be followed by driveways and sidewalks throughout Phase 6. The contractor is estimating concrete surfacing to wrap up on the 17th of September.
Phase 6 is scheduled to be substantially complete by the 23rd of September. Please click here to review the updated Phasing Map.
